When buying an item, you agree that:
a. you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it;
b. you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Return and refund policy
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product. Returns can be arranged by contacting us via email and quoting the order number. We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method including the cost of delivery. You are responsible for the costs and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. The cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.
In addition, please note the following:
a. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased;
b. for hygiene reasons the following products are not eligible for return: Jewellery for pierced ears, fragrance essential oils, wind blown children's instruments inc Duck Quack and Hand Held Bird Whistle etc.
These terms apply to your order. We may make amendments to our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
